Gather & Go Rentals uses the information you share with us to respond to rental inquiries, manage bookings, and provide delivery or pickup support across Durham Region.

What we collect

When you contact us or submit a reservation request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, delivery or pickup details, and any notes you provide about your rental order.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm availability, communicate about your booking, coordinate delivery or pickup, and provide customer support. We may also use it to improve our service and booking experience.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website visits, rental-request activity, and which advertising campaigns introduced visitors to our site. We may store campaign labels and Google advertising click identifiers in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. Analytics events do not include the name, email address, phone number, street address, or notes entered in a rental request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information when needed to operate the business, comply with the law, or work with service providers that support our booking and website systems.
